Contractual framework for customers, partners and visitors using GEORAD solutions and resources.

01. Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Service regulate access to the GEORAD website, the request of commercial information and the supply of products, services and training activities provided by Yougold Srls ("GEORAD").

By browsing the website, submitting a request or entering into a commercial agreement with GEORAD, you accept these Terms as well as the applicable Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

GEORAD designs, manufactures and distributes professional ground-penetrating radar systems, accessories, software, training programmes and technical support.

  • Product sales and leasing of GPR equipment and accessories.
  • Specialised consultancy, data acquisition and interpretation services.
  • Maintenance, calibration, software updates and after-sales assistance.
  • Training, workshops and certification paths for operators and partners.

04. Use of GEORAD Solutions

Customers commit to using GEORAD equipment in compliance with applicable laws, safety standards and the instructions provided in manuals and training sessions.

Responsible operation

Operate the systems with trained personnel and adopt all necessary safety measures during field activities.

Accuracy of information

Provide complete and truthful information when requesting demos, quotations or support, so we can tailor our response to your needs.

Unauthorised use

Do not reverse engineer, copy or resell GEORAD technology without prior written consent.

05. Orders, Pricing and Payments

Quotations issued by GEORAD are valid for the period specified in the offer. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders become binding when confirmed in writing by GEORAD.
  • Payment terms and accepted methods are defined in each quotation or contract.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension and the application of statutory interest.

Ownership of the supplied equipment transfers upon full payment unless different conditions are formally agreed.

06. Warranty and Support

GEORAD guarantees that the supplied products conform to the specifications indicated in the accompanying documentation.

  • The standard warranty period is 12 months from delivery, unless otherwise stated.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes improper use, normal wear and unauthorised modifications.
  • Support services are delivered according to the response times defined in the applicable service level agreement.

To request assistance under warranty, contact our support team providing serial number, description of the issue and proof of purchase.

07. Limitations of Liability

Within the limits permitted by law, GEORAD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

  • GEORAD is not responsible for data losses, business interruptions or loss of profits.
  • Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific supply giving rise to the claim.
  • Customers remain solely responsible for any surveys, interpretations or decisions based on data acquired with GEORAD systems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or cases where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

08. Third-Party Materials

Some products may integrate software, sensors or services provided by third parties. Their respective licenses and terms apply in addition to these Terms.

Customers must comply with the third-party terms communicated by GEORAD and hold GEORAD harmless from any breach thereof.

09. Termination and Suspension

GEORAD may suspend or terminate the supply of services with immediate effect if the customer breaches these Terms, fails to pay amounts due or uses the solutions in violation of applicable laws.

  • Upon termination, customers must cease using the provided software and return any loaned equipment.
  • Outstanding amounts remain payable and accrued rights or obligations shall survive termination.

10. Amendments

GEORAD reserves the right to update these Terms to reflect legal changes, technological evolutions or improvements to our offer.

Changes will apply from their publication on this page. For ongoing contracts, the updated Terms will be communicated to the customer who may withdraw if they do not accept them.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pescara, without prejudice to mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
